Thinking about introducing the health benefits of herbs into more recipes, I decided to make some herb granola. The first recipe I created started with rough oatmeal, bran, flax seed, dried blueberries and Basil. I added vanilla and honey to compliment the flavors.
Blueberry Basil Granola was a success and a delicious. This vitamin power packed granola can be made ahead of time and kept in a air tight container. Feed your body the nutrients it needs.
