What a beautiful day in the South today! Temperatures around 70 degrees, couldn't ask for better weather for our Herbs to Highlight Thanksgiving cooking show. Today I prepared a light Sage vinaigrette for a hearty Fall salad. Next dish was a Potato Kale and Rosemary Gratin. The cooking show was a feature for folks to attend during their lunch hour. The group had fun, sampled a few delicious herb dishes, enjoyed the weather and returned to work. Happy Day!
