The weekend's here and it's time to relax! How about a healthy homemade Tarragon Lemonade. Simple to make and oh so refreshing. First, make a simple syrup. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 1 sprig Tarragon and 2/3 cup Agave syrup or honey. Heat for 4 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat and cool.
To a large pitcher add juice of 6 lemons, 5 cups of cold water and 4 sprigs of Tarragon. Add ice to your favorite glasses and get ready for a great refreshing drink. Celebrating something fun, this recipe is fantastic with a touch of Gin or Vodka.
