Tilapia is a mild fish that is easy to prepare and tastes great. Here I layered lemon slices in a pan, placed Tilapia, a sprinkle of garlic powder and Oregano on top. A nice drizzle of olive oil and into the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Healthy, delicious and simple to make for a week night dinner.
The fresh Oregano is full of anti-oxidants and vitamins and really adds to this dish.
