It's that time of year again when the grocery stores are getting huge shipments of strawberry's and selling them at awesome prices. This salad is light, refreshing and can be made in about 20 minutes.
The Tarragon vinaigrette is delicous, even if you're not a fan of Tarragon. Make the vinaigrette in a jar so you can keep the extra in the refrigerator for up to a week. It will be delicious on salads or some steamed green beans.
